The most disgusting-looking dish....

I've ever had, EVER. OMG. Looking at it both disgusts and fascinates me. Just look at its mouth screaming in pain/total agony, being steamed in a stone pot full of chillies, peppers, and red-hot spicy condiments. Poor little weird snake-looking fish (鳝鱼).



As for the meat - it wasn't bad, if only it wasn't served in whole...toldcha I'd try anything. I'm usually the one who care less about the presentation, but this is THE one dish with looks that completely killed my appetite...also reinforcing my hatred for things that are long and can swim.
