Sorry I have not touched this blogspot in sooo long. I've been having a steaming affair with both Tumblr and Wordpress. Yah it's been hard since I put so much time and effort into both but right now wordpress is the one I'm thinking long-term; oh and Tumblr knows. ;-)

Hello again...
This will be my progress/personal blog.
Am I weird for not wanting to put unfinished rough drafts and random nothings on my photo blog?
Blogging is so strange. I've done it since freshman year of high school..and it has always been personal up until these coming years. More and more so it's starting to be more about others and what others want to see... not about the blogger!
Well I'm taking that back! :)
ABCS of HALLOWEEN!

My ABCs for Halloween.
A concept I'm working on that is due on Halloween...because I think scary characters are the cutest when drawn...
Only 7 so far. I've been photo processing and trying to learn CSS...but I am due for at least 3 more before I go to Chicago on Saturday. Hope you enjoy so far...btw Ringu will be Sadako. Yes, even titles are still work in progress.

Eliot the Joker

Eliot's serious passport picture was the perfect model for one of his favorite villans - heath's joker. This is my first watercolor in years...with that said my first portrait watercolor ever. Forget flowers and scenery... I'm going to start practicing :)

Gulangyu

Gulangyu was once occupied by the British and here they built bright, lavish and grandiose colonial buildings. This delightful island is paved with cobblestone paths and skinny, curvy and steep alleyways. The ferry-only access is a perk, since no cars or vehicles are allowed here - a great place to escape the obnoxious honking every minute or so in the city center. It is truly magical here, even KFC was a sight for sore eyes...and Micky D's, too (they seem to go hand-in-hand EVERYWHERE. Damn you corporate globalization!)
*Best Part* On any given nice day, besides the romantic cafes, expensive, overpriced restaurants and souvenir shops, you will come across at least 5-10 brides and grooms wearing tacky matching outfits (no joke, blue/blue, white/white, pink/pink) posing for photographs. Then you get to stand there, and stare, take pictures of them with your own digital camera, and be creepy. This.........is Gulangyu.
